What the product does today.
Local-first pilot workspace
The local application stores source snapshots, notes, follow-ups and reports in a local data folder. That folder is not encrypted by the application; protect the computer and its backups.
Authorized report retrieval
Supported AppFolio reports may be retrieved through authorized Reports API credentials. Credentials are kept in process memory for the active session and should not be submitted through this marketing website.
Review before delivery
Document financial amounts are derived from source records. Report approval and sending are separate actions. An entered reviewer name is not the same as an authenticated digital signature.
Complete private backups
Password-protected encrypted backup exports include saved work, reminder rules and delivery history. Restore into a separate folder, verify the records and review paused rules before using delivery again.
What we still need to validate.
We are not claiming an external security certification or an AppFolio-certified integration. Broader deployment will require additional work and independent review.
